Fees And Funding September 2010

The fees for non-funded children or for funded children attending for more than 15 hours per week is £2.50 per hour .Fees are payable at the start of each term, and no refunds are given if a child leaves or is absent during the half term. If your child is staying for a lunch time session you must provide them with a packed lunch in a named container, we as a Pre-School encourage a balanced diet and healthy eating.

Funding for children attending 5 sessions a week is payable for 38 weeks. The Pre-School opens for 38 weeks of the year.

Children are entitled to a funded early education place for 3hours per session – 5 sessions per week.

A child born between; Will be eligible for a funded place from;
1st April – 31st August The start of the autumn term following their 3rd birthday, until statutory school age.
1st Sept. – 31st Dec. The start of the spring term following their
3rd birthday, until statutory school age.
1st Jan – 31st March The start of the summer term following their 3rd birthday, until statutory school age.

For the purpose of determining eligibility for a funded place, the following dates will apply;

Spring Term 1st January to 31st March
Summer Term 1st April to 31st August
Autumn Term 1st September to 31st December

Those funded children staying to an extended session pay an extra £2 per extended session.
